cancellation policy

If booking online a 50% deposit will be taken for all services, if you cannot make your appointment for any reason please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will then be transferred if you rebook or refunded if cancelled within the 48 hours.

If you fail to turn up to your appointment without letting us know we will keep your 50% deposit.

Most of our larger colour services require a deposit usually taken on consultation and will be deducted of your total bill, the same cancellation policy applies.

all of our colour services have to be accompanied by a finishing service.
